LAURA IN THE OFFICE IS SUPER SWEET AND MADE MY CHECK IN PROCESS SO QUICK AND EASY! SHE IS SUCH A GREAT PERSON TO HAVE IN THE FRONT. Front desk personnel/assistant manager Laura Contreras is incredibly rude, inhospitable, unprofessional, and spoke with a condescending tone when addressing my concerns. she came to my room door with the intent to disrupt my experience. She began pounding on my door with what sounded like a hammer, like as if she was trying to elicit superiority. I opened the door startledly, and noticed her shirts logo. She was with hospitality.
