No hot water at all 2 days later still no hot water. There bed are Soo hard and they hurt. I don't recommend this place they won't even offer discounts when there stuff doesn't work

I booked this Motel 6 through Expedia and selected the option to pay at the property. When I arrived, I was told my reservation had been canceled because my card was “declined” — even though I specifically chose to pay at the property, not in advance. That makes absolutely no sense. Since it was Valentine’s Day weekend and everything else was sold out, I had no choice but to rebook the same room on the spot — for $50 more. There was a dog howling and barking in the room next door from 10 am to late late at night I tried complaining and the kid, I say kid because she looked to be about 18 at most, that was running the office giggled and said theres nothing we can do. So theres nothing you can do for another renters animal bothering other guests? I wont be staying here again. Was hard to sleep and on top of everything the rooms were disgusting.
