1 Star — Absolutely Terrible Experience I would not recommend staying here. The room was dirty and had a horrible smell as soon as we walked in. We found roaches in the room, and I’m almost 100% sure there were bedbugs as well because something was biting us throughout the entire night. The elevator was out of service, so we had to take the stairs to the 3rd floor. The stairway was in terrible condition. If you are thinking about booking here don’t do it. This place is infested with bedbugs.
DONT STAY HERE. Let me go ahead and edit this. The email they gave me on this comment to “reach out to them” is not a working email. They just want to seem like they are going to do something about it. I’ve never been to a nastier place. The hallways and rooms smelled strong of weed smoke and mold. Our room had the smoke detector broke off obviously so it could be smoked in even tho you can’t legally have a room without a smoke detector. We rented two rooms for our family of 2 adults and 6 kids. We are used to living cheap with hotels and getting what we pay for, but this one was not worth the cheap price. We were given two rooms on the 3rd floor at check-in. One room had a wet, soggy carpet with mold, the other had hair and little bits of black stuff that I dusted off of the stained bed sheets. We got rooms 314 and 318, for $80 each. In 314, the carpet was soaked and there was mold. In 318 the sheets and pillows appeared not to have been washed. We wanted a refund to go elsewhere. That wasn't possible without the general manager, so we got new rooms. Those were just passable, but 312 had a broken smoke alarm (illegal) and mold on the shower ceiling.
