I had to make a last-minute stop during this past weekend. The service was ok, the room was very dirty, the smell inside the room was so bad that we couldn't sleep,I had to turn off the ac that in reality wasn't cooling but just moving air and left the room Dorr open for a while to get in some fresh air. The beer sheets were torn up. The ac filters an exhaust fan dirty. The carpet is all torn. The wall and door on the room dirty and damage paint al over. The lamps are dirty. This is very much a get what you pay for motel. It wasn't bad...except for the service. When we booked our room it was Microtel. When we arrived it was Motel 6. They honored our reservation, but not the prepayment that had been made. The night manager clearly understood what had happened, but did little to help resolve the issue. Her priority was clearly to get back to her chair in the office rather than helping us figure out our issue.
The only thing I didn't like about staying here and is the reason why I WILL NEVER stay there again .. They don't allow any guest to have a guest in their room after 10pm! Management changed that to no guest in room after 9pm!! Rooms were clean though. Housekeeper was very friendly and always checked with me to see if I needed anything . They are VERY PET FRIENDLY! The pool is very very small the 1 and only day I was allowed to get in the pool area not in the pool itself though because the water wasn't ready!
