Awesome customer service! Very nice rooms, with really comfortable beds.
Mold in the ac. Flooring came up in multiple areas causing me to fall and hit my head . First time I fell and caught myself , wasn't injured. Second time I was injured . My son, who is a Marine, has been staying there for 2 months and his ac is covered in mold . Mold was on the ceiling in his shower and they just painted over it . They ask for a cash deposit for any damages that occurr, but but yet their rooms are already damaged. Not to mention, my bath towels were dirty looking, brown stains all over . What! Right across from the beach a hop, skip and a jump from Brick & Spoon great place to eat by the way.
The reception area was full. The desk clerk was very efficient at getting them all ck' in.
