We drove 6 hours from Indiana to come into town for a family members wedding. Stayed one night and ended up having to leave the wedding and cancel our 2nd night. Ended up having a terrible case of bed bugs. Staff the first night/day was very friendly. Woman at the desk the 2nd night tried to tell me when I was canceling that I probably got bit by Japanese beetles. I have over 20 bumps! Not from beetles. They only refunded one night and offered no apology or anything. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone else.
Great hotel, especially for the price. Love the wood like floors.
Second time we have stayed here. Staff is super friendly and very helpful, love the wood floors much easier to keep clean. We will b back, great price!
Like the hardwood floors! Deters bed bugs and can be mopped and sanitized. Beds and pillow low end. Should have hair dryers in the room. Had to go to the desk and ask for one. It was fixed with a different plug and electrical tape. Walls paper thin and our neighbors were up until 2 am and we could hear every word. Very clean, friendly staff. Since we were at the casino, little time spent in the room.
