Just checked in, so far the staff is friendly; rooms are clean and quiet building.
Ac fan sounded like a hamster on a wheel all night and suggest opening pool earlier than 8am.... For the people that need to be on the road or just wake up early. As basic as you can get... Definitely worth the extra couple bucks to stay somewhere else..

I couldn’t bear to leave our five-month-old puppy behind when we came to the Dells, so I was delighted to find this motel, where I could bring her along. It’s nothing fancy but it is shiny clean and I was thrilled about the hardwood floors (because even though my dog is mostly potty-trained, I was worried about the occasional accident). It would have been nice to have shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, but since the price was so good I’m not too upset about this. Horrible customer service. Staff is rude and and uninformed. Waking us up at 2 am because according to them we didn’t pay for both nights although we had the confirmation info. Don’t recommend at all!
The beds were so firm we woke up with backaches pillows were flat! Not very comfortable. No extras in the room.
