Brent Light Dear Motel 6. Just wanted applaud your patriotism. My son, who is an active duty soldier in the Army had to fly out today from Atlanta to Anchorage Alaska to report in to his new duty station. He drove down to Atlanta yesterday from Fredericksburg a day early so he wouldn't miss his flight. Of course he needed a place to stay and chose Motel 6 because of your low rates. You people are terrible turning away an active duty military soldier just because he is 20. Basically an adult. You people must be future terrorists or something who don’t support America because turning away a soldier should never be allowed. Especially someone who protects you so you can live your life of probably just sitting on your phone and do nothing. Disgusted. Seek some help and learn how to be a true American citizen
A young 20 year old military man flew in from Fredericksburg VA heading to Anchorage Alaska. He was turned away from this nasty establishment because he was too young to rent a room!!! Whoever even heard of such a thing????? He is old enough to die for you and our country but not old enough to rent one of your nasty rooms???? He was then forced to pay $150 by ANOTHER NASTY establishment when he should have been given a hefty discount at minimum because of this. I can believe that you would turn away a member of the military who fights for your freedom and you turn away a private who is on hi way to his duty station. This is unacceptable and un American. You have lost a customer and I will make my life’s mission to tell everyone so that this atrocity will not be inflicted on my son or someone else’s son.
My girlfriend and i stayed in room 513 after missing our flight and had to get a cheap room quick. The room itself wasn't bad. It was clean. The staff was decently cheerful. But.... The bathroom had one towel and one wash cloth. That I was fine with. I just went down to the desk and got more. When I took a shower I attempted to get the one washcloth that was originally there but it had a used bar of soap stuck to it. Raggedy dirty Hotel I got in there late at night very tired told the gentleman I need to get to my room I was diabetic.
