The staff were great but our room had bed bugs so we checked out as soon as we found them and were still charged the full night
I loved my room the staff an the coffee only i didnt like was the locked slide door
Just wanted to also say I applaud your patriotism. I’ve also read the review shared by many of the solider who was turned away because of his age. He can fight for your freedom but not be welcome at your hotel. God be with him
Dear Motel 6. Just wanted applaud your patriotism. My son, who is an active duty soldier in the Army had to fly out today from Atlanta to Anchorage Alaska to report in to his new duty station. He drove down to Atlanta yesterday from Fredericksburg a day early so he wouldn't miss his flight. Of course he needed a place to stay and chose Motel 6 because of your low rates. He thought he was set because he made a reservation in advance. Low and behold he was turned away at midnight when he arrived because he is only 20 years old... read more
Because you would not let a 20 year old service man spend the night because he wasn't 25 years old that's old enough to service his country but not old enough to get a room at Motel 6 shame on you
