This the corporate office. They are a not concerned with customers, only renting the name for cash. I had a horrible experience with their Southgate, MI franchise. I checked out after maybe 2 hrs. I went less than a mile to Holiday Inn where I was able to get 10 hrs of peaceful sleep and was treated with respect. The management of Motel 6 was rude and condescending stating I would not receive a refund as, " you had full use of the room."
