Not only is this motel a walking crime , it's absolutely disgusting. My last stay at the North Monroe location was a nightmare. My friend and I had to change rooms five times. The AC didn't work in the first one and the next four rooms hadn't been touched by housekeeping. There was trash and dirt on the floors, dirt stains in one of the tubs, beds had not been changed and so on. See the pics I've attached. After all of this, the owner refused to give us a refund.
After 5 hours (since 10a) trying to resolve an issue 3 (since 12p) of which have been spent waiting for a manager to arrive due to the MOTELS INCOMPETENCE I will say that I am OUTRAGED at this “motel” and how I’ve been treated. I am appalled at the condition of the room i just checked into. there is orange and yellow drips all in the bathroom, there is roach or other bug or rodent droppings behind the door, and it looks as though someone wiped fecal matter on the bathtub. not to mention I am paying 121 dollars for 2 nights in a room with no refrigerator or microwave like stated i was getting on experian.
