every bad stereotype of a motel 6. think saggy mattress, scratchy sheets, very very very loud rooms. front desk is either negligent in the extreme or in on it, 2 rooms openly dealing drugs.
Recommendeddestiny dean the woman at the front desk was absolutely wonderful and she deserves a raise she made sure I got a good room and she also called and checked and made sure that everything was good with the room
This is one of the rudest hotels I've ever stayed at. I was locked out of my room I forgot the room number then I went to the front desk to get a room key they kicked me out from not having a mask? I was walking around not knowing my room number then I remembered. hotels are greedy
i asked for a broom to sweep it after just checking in..its been 20 minutes ...still no broom wtf. i didnt have an issue until i was ignored and the maid even said i could go to the office and grab one. wtf is really going on. i see visable crumbs left by the last people. How rude can staff be ..is it because im black? i really cant imagine any other reason. whats happening to customer service. ???
The most disappointing and sickening experience ever! Poop on the walls and blood on the floor. Look at this mess as soon as we walked in we took pictures and walked out. 69 dollars for a Disease infested room! I smelled sickness the minute we walked in. Scary as you can see the floors have not been mopped in god only knows how long. This absolutely the worst experience and Traumatizing experience! Ever!!!!!
