First of all, I asked for a non smoking room and was given one but it smells strongly of cigarettes. Not enough pillows. Blankets are a joke. The bathtub is an odd shape so can’t even really relax in it. The walls are paper thin and the people next door can be heard. That makes it hard to fall asleep. The only reason I chose to stay here is because they accept cats and not many places do.

All of these stories sound all too familiar we got there at 1:30 in the morning we booked a room through Priceline for two beds had to pay more for what I booked and woke up and the Cockroaches were going to the hotel next door cuz even they were disgusted horrible customer service if this was a hotel in Central Phoenix I wouldn't even take a hooker to it flat out disgusting
Screwed me over when we checked in. Told me room was $40.00 more if I wanted 2 beds for my reservation for 4 people!! Dirty floors, food on the food from the last guest, sink and tub drains clogged. Lobby staff does eyebrow threading in the lobby. Guest services corporate did nothing but give me crappy generic letter stating I needed to deal with the staff that screwed me over in the first place.
