It's says handicapped accessible but what it really means is only to people who are not in wheelchairs. There was a step up that actually had my mom getting out of her chair, getting the chair in backwards, and then her trying to step up into the room. Not good for someone who can't walk much less go up a step. The room was small and bathroom door was not wide enough for the chair, so she had to try and walk again.
