People were nice rooms we're great would have been better is the beds weren't so hard and you had more then one flat pillow or just one fluffy pillow would be nice
The staff were friendly! And the hotel was centrally located close enough to everything. The room was nicely updated comphy bed & pillows. ONLY COMPLAINT WAS we stayed in room 107 right on the wall of the elevator shaft, which kept me awake all NIGHT! They were full so couldn't move us! I heard the elevator Being used every 5-10 minutes it sounded like a freight train rumbling by shaking my bed,up until about 1230 am. We were fine! Safe... Clean, friendly front desk ppl. I could have brought my dog. Sure they need new beds blankets towels. Just bring your own
To start off, the price you pay for a dbl queen room here, is rediculas. The rooms are not good. Its just a "face lift", sheets & blankets are crap, rough, and thin, and beds, o m f g.... are absolutely horrible, WAY too hard. I've stayed at other places in Lincoln City cheaper, better, and some right on the beach, with views for cheaper. Honestly, I'd rather sleep in the car than at this hotel again.
****WARNING**** Watch out with this hotel!!! I clearly reserved April 15-16th as I have proof from an excited picture I took for my sister the second I booked our weekend. SOMEHOW they messed up my reservation putting me there the Thursday before which I obviously was not there and the women wouldn't even look at my photo I had and was rude. Good location, not on the beach but convenient, closest hotel to the casino other than the casino itself and it seems that not only is it a newer hotel, they have undergone a remodel. Unlike many Motel 6 hotels, this one actually has a full bath and better shower. I also wanted to mention the excellent customer service I encountered. I made a mistake with my reservation, but rather than be told that I have to deal with it, the lady at the front desk fixed the problem for me, and saved the day.
