The Motel is in ruins and it needs a lot of repairing to fix it. It would be better to close it down, use a wrecking ball and a bulldozer and tear the Motel down .. Then rebuild the Motel and rent out rooms and everything will be much better .. along with hiring some new employees, that want to work and not sit around and do nothing except talk or smoke a cigarette constantly outside the Motel. Amen
