Don't ever ever stay here fire dept came 2 times alarms going off for hours... Nasty old food left from prior stayers in the refrigerator .. Rooms smelled of smoke.. We had non smoking room ... Pool closed... Tidiest lady's at front desk if that's what you want to call them... Calling health inspector for mold in the refrigerator ... !!!!'
The staff was super nice and helped my wife and I with everything. I was coming back from hip surgery from the Mayo clinic in Minnesota and could barely walk with a walker and the man working the front desk even helped me into our room. We will stay there from now on.
Awesome newly remodeled. Pool was clean and only coffee in the morning
They don't tell you when making a reservation that it is a smoking hotel. We checked in, went to the room, it stunk bad. Went to the front desk to see about changing, was told sorry, we are full. Next morning I go down to see about getting towels, you only get two even if you tell them you have four people in your room, sorry, out of towels. If we had known when making the reservation that we would be in a smoking room, we would have paid the extra $50.00 to stay in a clean, non smoking hotel.
Turn down service chocolates are just Andes, not a good quality chocolate; spa is lacking the required massage service; interesting room ambience of opulence and homelessness. Great place for truckers and bikers.
