The staff was a lot better than the last one in rogers Arkansas that one was the worst one yet. At least the staff at this one did not make me feel like I was bothering her and asking for to much
We were looking for a clean comfortable room for an overnight stay while traveling home to Minnesota from Arizona. We were also looking for a reasonable price. We found that Microtel provided all we were seeking. Thanks for a comfortable night.
The location was perfect for my business needs, The area in the shower by the drain was peeling up severely, the hot tub and the lobby internet computer were out of order for the whole 3 days I was there. There was dog food under the night stand and in the closet. You do get what you pay for. The internet wifi worked great. I will use microtel when I am not going to be in my room that much or in a pinch if I want more comfort amenities I would pay more and go to a higher end hotel.
The room was wonderful. Clean & spacious. Some routine maintenance was definitely needed though.
The room itself was clean and comfortable and the breakfast area was clean and well organized.
