Small but clean. Friendly staff. Close proximity to many restaurants/places of entertainment.

best bang for your buck
My wife and I stayed here while on vacation, needing to attend a concert in a rural campground to the south and do some shopping in the KC metro. This hotel met our needs. Our double-bed room had a refrigerator and a microwave, as well as a TV. Hotel staff were responsive.
