Ordered through Motec Systems East a few times. The most recent time I got charged $20 in shipping for a 12" piece of shrink tubing. Asked if the shipping could be a little cheaper in the order comments and after the order was placed I found a $14 refund in my Paypal. Such a small act but enough for me, most companies would have ignore that and pocketed the profit.
