Since 1857...great store.
I am a local jeweler and neighbor of motch as I live off off Pike. I stopped in after work, I was looking for a few gold chains and wanted to see what they had for loose stones. It was well before they closed for the day. As soon as I walked in the women at the counter picked up the phone and stated quite loudly " we gotta lock the doors" . Quite unprofessional as I was prepared to spend quite a bit of money. As they obviously don't want it, I'll take my business elsewhere.
Planned on going here, but saw all the negative reviews about the mask requirements. Won't be going here. There are other places.
Great team that is very attentive. I will be back!
