Tenokus Reese is a barber there who is withholding my son from me. I want the public to know of his behavior, I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone local. ALSO there is terrible customer service as well. Not only should you take your business elsewhere but I wouldn’t support a barber who’s been keeping a child away from his mother. I strongly hope that the public wouldn’t support a barber like this.
Barber forced a card holding for booking. My bank would not let this go through. I tried 3 times. Each time it holds the slot from the last attempt. By try 4 I used another card and it worked. From another bank go figure. The barber Jadiel cancelled every single appointment of mine thereof, did not reply to me, would have employees lie that he isnt there etc... hypocritical at best because despite having a cancellation policy the barber does not reschedule you when he cancels you... p.s.
