I use to be with you all. I had full coverage on my truck. My husband was driving and had an accident 2017 but because he wasn't on the policy you all wouldn't pay for my truck. I lost my truck. I got with GEICO, been with them since, very, very, very good insurance company. I have to pay little more but it's worth it. Discovery is a rip off

Discovery had great customer service initially, but as soon as my policy booked, they ignored me. I chose to get a new homeowners policy through another company, and I have been continually ignored when I reach out to Discovery to cancel my current policy. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service.
