Took my 2012 Nissan Versa in for an oil change. The car only has ***** original miles. The automotive equivalent of the Hope Diamond. Stupid me, I had a ***** coupon. Should have done the job myself. When I came home I noticed the windshield, which was brand new factory original when I dropped the car off, was cracked - right down by the wipers, which is where they always place their wooden clipboard with the work order. I have purchased a nice used car from Mossy Nissan and happy with the purchase. However, the customer service was not professional - They could not keep their words. The car was dirty inside upon purchase so they promised to provide the detailed cleaning afterward. I went there twice trying to get it cleaned but they did not provide me the detailed cleaning service. They washed outside and wipe off some surface (after I told them nothing had been done inside) and claimed it's detailed cleaning. I was very disappointed by the... read more

************ was my service advisor he was very professional and knowledgeable. ***** was a great communicator and treated me with concierge service. He has an excellent rapport with his co workers and every customer that I observed that he helped. ************** not only says he loves his job he shows it by his respect and loyalty to Nissan Infinity. ***** my service advisor is a very hard worker and I deeply respect his integrity.

Took my 2012 Nissan Maxima here for an oil change and ******* mile service in June. I had an appointment but after waiting 3 hours I left with only an oil change. They told me I needed to replace my brake pads ASAP as my front pads only had 4 mm left, replace my front 2 tires ASAP and get an alignment because there was uneven wear and tear on my front tires meaning there is a serious problem with the alignment. Absolutely WORST customer service ever. As a active duty military personnel, I expected the sales representatives to understand request of not wanting my information to be sold off for marketing purposes. The manager and the sales representative did not care for me wanting to keep my information private. Not only that they did not wish to help me with registering my vehicle in my home state since I’m not a permanent resident of this state. Their only concern was making money to add to their quota.
