Greetings, Last month I went into Mossy Nissan National City with pre-approved check from Navy Federal Credit Union. The salesman kept requesting my SSN and references, after I continued to tell him I have a check and would not provide him that information. He stated that my credit will not be ran as a result. A month later, I received a letter from Mossy Nissan with feedback on whatever the salesman submitted in the system. Incompetent and shady! Did not report my end of lease to the Infiniti and my credit report got dinged by a late payments.
Something is definitely wrong with this company your managers need to be on top of it or you are going to eventually loose customers, for the last 15 years or so, been a Toyota customer and never had any issues before I posted a review and nobody even made a comment or anything so you just loss our business everybody in my family have a Toyota and will just rather drive much longer to get a good service, Shane such a big company and nobody is paying attention on the service ... really really a shame, good luck you will need ... read more
