Tbis is my second expierience with moss. First my right leg amputation recovery at elkins park. Now doylestown and therapist and nursing staff are incredible and truly do work miracles I swear down. I was recently transported here after having a triple bypass I'm only 37. These good men and women didnt let me slack at all and that's exactly what I needed. I will forever be grateful for the lessons and the care that I received while I was here. Still hate the hospital beds though.
On my discharge day I was waiting for Shawntal, the CNA, to bring my walker to me as I sat on the side of my bed. My back brace was already on. She was not at an arm's length away - she was on the other side of the bed doing who knows what. I then slid & fell to the floor landing on my left side. I sustained a large bruise on my upper left arm, a bruise on my left knee and a bruised right big toe. She lied & said she was putting on my brace from the opposite side of the bed. I am so very disappointed by one nurse who seems to have a vendetta against my dad who is in there and me. This woman was extremely disrespectful to myself and my brother. She has sent my dad back to the ER twice, I believe because she thinks she is above helping him. I don't understand why a person would get into nursing when you are treating people you are caring for with such disrespect. It is sad for such a prestigious facitlity as Doylestown Hospital to see this type of prejudice.

Amazing staff, everyone was friendly, caring and genuinely supportive of my father’s rehabilitation after his stroke. Great facility and system in keeping the family informed throughout the whole process.
