I had a total knee replacement done in April. I completed my in home PT and choose Moss because it was close to my home. I was cared for by Quentin for my physical therapist. He was absolutely the greatest. Answered every one of my questions, and challenged me to get better for which I did. Quentin was an amazing hands on physical therapist. Extremely happy I found him.
The Receptionist, Sound like Older Lady who answers The Phone with an Attitude and very Condescending Tone. Asking me Personal Questions that the Therapist should Ask.
My appointment was at 2:00 PM and I arrived around 1:45 PM. They required paperwork before the appointment, and I turned it in at 2:02 PM — only two minutes late. Even though I arrived early, they still refused to see me and told me to reschedule. Very unprofessional and disappointing treatment.
Everyone at Moss Rehab Outpatient on Castor ave in Philadelphia is excellent. The staff is caring and skilled. I had the best treatment from the therapists at this facility. Highly recommend
