Scheduling the appointment over the phone was great. However when I got to my doctors appointment the older white lady that sits at the front desk was extremely rude. I greeted her with my name and appointment time and she looked at me as if I was stupid. She questioned why I was having therapy and my surgery. However, I felt as though that was confidential information that was not privy to her nor the entire waiting area.
