edit: i have received no calls nor texts from the salon. I have called the salon three times since the owner posted her reply. i have had no calls back, nor texts. TLDR: Owner could no longer make my appointment time, and cancelled my appointment. She asked me to reschedule to another day/time, I declined rescheduling.
