The intake process was quick but once they put me in a room i became ignored. I cried out in pain for 4 hours before my husband discharged me. They claimed someone removed me from the chart so no one knew i was there even though I called the nurse station in pain several times. They did absolutely nothing for me. I ended up leaving in more pain than when i went in with a misdiagnosis. I will be filing a complaint
They mix up people's files with others. And claim after you've just been there approximately 3month ago in 2014 that they haven't seen you since 2012 . UNBELIEVABLE ! Total OUTRAGE! Rediculous
