These people are just plain greedy. I was billed the 19th of every month for my storage and I moved everything out of my unit on April 19th. I called the office that day to let them know that my unit was vacant and the lock removed so that I wouldn’t be charged for the following month. However, they charged me anyway for the month of May because my contents weren’t removed BEFORE the 19th. So I had to pay for a whole another month for a unit that is no longer in use. Best stores unit ever
The receptionist was very cheerful and happy. No issues with the unit, or accessing the unit so far. Nice and clean. There are some potholes in the drive leading to the units, so just drive carefully if you have valuables you're transporting.
