NOT WORTH IT AT ALL, I've lived here for 5 years, no issues or complaints. rent started out at $705 and everything was perfect. Over the years of course the rate goes up, but at the beginning of this year 2022 ,a new property manager bought the complex. My rent skyrocketed from $805 to now $1135 !! No available renovated units for me to switch to, no upgrades or renovations provided to my old apartment , outdated appliances, none of the amenities provided here are anywhere close to other local complexes with the same price, ... read more
They have ROACHES really bad. When you ask them to spray the situation never gets handled. When you throw away trash at night. It looks like all the roaches are having a family reunion outside of the trash dump. Why keep going up on rent if your not going to spray. This is ridiculous
I have yet to move in and will be very soon, however, oppose from all the negatives written about this complex, I am very pleased to say that I had a great first time experience upon inquiry of this complex. They talk to you all nice at first especially( Ellis), but when you start to need anything or late on rent they true colors start to show. Maintenance is no good either you fix it yourself or it stays broken. Old stove ( but when you leave they want it to look brand new), so if you like to cook, forget about it. They have went up on the rent from $685 to $735 without doing any upgrades. Your parking spot is like 2-3 spots away from your door. They treat everyone differently depending on your color.
