Moss Builders helped our family to rebuild 3 houses after Hurricane Helene hit Anna Maria Island in the Fall of 2024. Jim Moss and his team worked hard to make a very stressful experience as smooth and as easy as possible. As noted in another recent review, labor shortages in the area contributed to numerous delays, but I also believe that because Moss Builders won't work with "just anybody" that you have to wait for their preferred contractors to get to your job. Ryan Moss is a highly competent, experienced, very nice builder. He and his staff are excellent in communications, which is a must for this kind of work. They try to make the building process as easy as possible and will walk you through the construction. In the beginning, Ryan and I reviewed the blueprints in detail to determine if anything needed to be changed/switched.
