The product is amazing when it's working properly, that's why I gave them any stars. I had the system for about 1.5 years. It was great for the first two months. Then it was nothing but non stop issues that they couldn't resolve. However, my extremely disappointing experience was mainly caused by their customer service. Customer service is abismal. The system is fantastic, but it does require a good service organization to be effective. I give the system five stars. The service organization is poorly run. They are responsive but they are not proactive. If they improve, I will adjust the rating.
Unfortunately, my experience with MosquitoNix has been nothing short of terrible. I paid over $10,000 to install two zones in my house, and this is what I get: 1. Poor installation process: They didn’t install the nozzles where I needed them and had to come back multiple times to fix it. 2. Leaky system: The nozzles and hoses are leaking a lot of the product. You can see it in the pictures. They came back to fix it, and more leaks appeared. 3. App is non-functional: Every time I try to use it, it shows an error message (see ... read more
