DO NOT sign up for this service! First of all it costs a fortune, and after promising you how they will faithfully be out to keep your system serviced and filled with necessary chemicals, they basically don’t show up again until YOU go to the trouble of discovering your system has run dry. And then IF you can get them on the phone they are very apologetic and then they will have someone come out “as soon as they can”. Absolutely horrendous. Don’t do it. The service was good the first year, but the customer service is horrendous. My system ran dry and it took over a week to get someone to come address it. This is the second time this has happened. The company is happy to continue to take your money while your system isn't running. When I expressed this frustration, the agent told me I am not paying for a monthly service and I just have to wait until someone is available to address it. Unfortunately can not recommend due to recent issues. We had had the company for several years. We recently requested they come check the system several times and when they finally did they informed us the computer board was no longer functional. They offered us 2 options. 1 to replace the entire system with a new updated one for several thousand, or 2. they would charge us hourly to remove the equipment. Robert is our new MosquitoNix service tech. He has worked in Dallas previously and is very professional and thorough. He showed me pictures of a leak he found and fixed and had me use the remote so I could see the system was working properly. I appreciate him explaining our system to me and his attention to detail.
