They sprayed so much product that it is caked on my siding, gutters and landscape lighting. They refuse to take any responsibility for it. Their solution was to offer me a discount on their services to continue using them and leave me with dealing with getting the siding, gutters and landscape lighting cleaned.
I called for a quote, was uncomfortable with the pushy and aggressive tactics to join a subscription and to pay immediately, even after I voiced my concerns about wanting to know more information about the service and techs before paying. Seemed really sketchy and aggressive. I asked them to stop calling, texting and emailing and they keep on. And I'm glad I didn't go with them after several neighbors told me horror stories on how they were stuck in a subscription and they put you through hoops to cancel.
Immature vindictive management, improperly trained employees, no concern for environmental health. Poor yard treatments from a poorly ran company
