Mosquito squad misses appointments and doesn't honor their "guaranteed satisfied" policy. After missing my normal spray time by WEEKS, they promised they would be out yesterday. Again, no show. Earlier in the season one of their treatments were ineffective and they are supposed to re-spray if their treatment is ineffective. They said they were too busy to come back out and spray.************************* their manager says all of the right things, but then doesn't deliver.There are so many other companies who offer this serv... read more

I fell for a (slightly) cheaper service and was still swarmed by the buggers and couldn't enjoy our big beautiful deck all summer :( I could tell the difference the ***** time ********************** left!! now after a few applications: do we really live in *********?- ****! I highly recommend MS!! woooo!!! -I am on the 21 day cycle plan and its a ***** *****!!! This is our first year with Mosquito Squad and so far, I would say the company goes above and beyond to keep us happy. We have absolutely no complaints. Their customer service is exceptional - the technician always call when he is on his way to tell us what time to expect him so we are ready and to go over any concerns we need to address. Today, the tech was ******* ******* and as expected he called when he was 40 minutes away to ask if we had any questions/concerns.
It works. Im a mosquito magnet. We have had 0 little bitters. Nice people.
