The product did not meet the expectations set by the company. Canceling is nearly impossible, and even after it’s supposedly done, you still receive bills and calls. The reapplications were supposed to be free and unlimited, but neither happened. The customer service reps are friendly and apologetic, but no one seems able to resolve the issue. It works great for 3-4 weeks, great reduction in numbers. A bit on the expensive side but it's great to be outdoors and not worried about them.
Mosquito Hero has proven to be reliable and efficient with their mosquito control program. They have also returned to provide another application when we were not happy with the first result. This company provides good customer service and we would highly recomment them at this time.
