Was told by technician if any issues to call and they would come back out. Application not effective...called to have resprayed and was told they would charge for another treatment. This was within 2 weeks of 1st application. Despite claims on their own paperwork they do NOT back up their “satisfaction guaranteed “ promise. Very unprofessional...and will share my experience accordingly.

I have used others to no avail. I live on a stream so there are mosquito everywhere and thick. We used Mosquito Guy the first time and swore we would never go another year without them. After 5 years we thought, hey we will give it a try without them. BAD MOVE. We will never do that again. Love how good it works. Now our neighbors use them also and we all enjoy the outdoors. Highly recommend. Erik is the best of the best.
The spray does not work. We’ve had our yard sprayed three times since June 24 (it’s August 9) and have seen zero difference between last year with no spray and this year with spray. Additionally, they do not return phone calls. I’ve left two messages since Sunday (5 days ago) requesting a call from manager or owner. No call yet. This is terrible customer service. I strongly do not recommend Mosquito Guy.
I used them because the usual guy we use was booked for a few weeks. they were 50 dollars more and were here for about 15 minutes. Did nothing for the mosquitos
We paid upfront for two sprays. Our first spray wasn’t effective at all so my husband called. They said they would get back to us after talking to the owner but they never did. The second treatment spray didn’t do anything either. We get absolutely swarmed by mosquitos. I’m not pleased at all after spending $330 for professional mosquito spraying especially when the Off spray for $30 works a million times better.

Cancelled last minute before our party.
Canceled our service the day before they were supposed to come. 4 days before our large outdoor event. Very unprofessional. I will be sure to share with others how you do business.
