Signed up with them expecting the mosquitos and tics to not be bad this year. We started in May, it is now August and not only are they worste but my fiance was bit by 2 tics in the yard and had to go to the emergency room. We dealt directly with the owner, Jeff Emerson. He did not return phone calls of our complaints and I canceled yesterday. The service was amazing and my yard has been free of bugs. Unfortunately there is a huge disconnect when speaking to the person in regards to scheduling. My first return call I was left a message for someone name Gordon and told to mention a few things in order to get a discount. The second call I couldnt get the man to understand that I wanted the guys to either beep or ring the door bell so my dog wouldnt get out of the yard. Jeff and his crew really know there stuff. I haven't gone out side and used my patio until I got some protection from the mosquito's. I have tried candles, bug clip on's but they didn't work. I called mosquito enemy and he came right over to view my area and give me an estimate. I learned a lot about the applications they apply and got the service. Best decision ever. These guys know what they are doing they are the best in the mosquito and tick control field. Jeff is honest with his product it works great! great customer service as well !
