Horrible experience. Sold me a vehicle that became unroadworthy within the statutory dealer guarantee period. I feel the dealership has been dismissive and evasive, deflecting from the actual issues and showing little genuine concern about the safety and mechanical soundness of the vehicle they sold. I expected much better from a Toyota dealership and do NOT recommend Suttons Mosman Toyota.
I recently bought a secondhand Toyota Corolla HEV from Mosman Toyota, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. I purchased a used Subaru from Suttons Mosman Toyota expecting that a vehicle sold by a Toyota dealership would be safe, thoroughly inspected and roadworthy. Within three months of purchase, and after driving only a relatively low number of kilometres, the vehicle was deemed unroadworthy due to the condition of the tyres. Disappointed with the service of accounts team/ sales team. The sales team took the trade in car and didn't process the payment for 6 days until I followed with the sales / finance team. Not sure how they would manage their customers for long term. Lesson learnt not doing anymore business with Mosman Toyota. Not happy at all as no body in Mosman Toyota even as a courtesy apologies to me.
