Beyond bad. Needed an interpreter, insurance would pay for one. No big deal right. The old manager lady refused to get one and argued with me and said I can do it, even though I clearly explained to "it" that it will not cost them a dime. Since she is one with very little knowledge I said that is breaking state and federal laws and bam "it" hung up on me. Sorry excuse for an office manager. Discrimination of the disabled at its finest.

Attended an appointment at their new office across from the P.O. on Smith Ave. Service was excellent. Very attentive & respectful staff. State of the art facility.
Called to get email copy eye exam for my mom. Was told that they where unable to send. It is 2021 and you dont email eye pecriptions??? So we need to drive all the way to your offllice just to pick up a the paper.Make it easier for you staff and clients.people are look for cinvenence and if you can't provide people will look elsewhere. that how small business go under.
Great staff all very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Very nice office environment and I felt completely satisfied with my visit and care.
