Aways take my vehicle to Moses to be serviced or a quick repair,Service is always great and everyone friendly. Matt in the service department is especially nice and friendly guy and always tries to help any way he can. He's a valuable asset to The Moses team.
I have been trying for over a year to get a recall on airbags fixed. At first they were ordered and I was told that they would call when they came in. I have NEVER had a return phone call. I have left a ton of messages for them to call me on their voice mail because only way you can get anyone to answer the phone is if you call and ask for salesman then they are glad to answer. Had the best experience (minus my tired toddlers who do not enjoy car shopping) today with our vehicle purchase. David Lamb was INCREDIBLE! We bought a car from them back in 2001 and had a great experience with there sales team. I was looking for a car back in 2011 could not get any help from the sales team ,so I left and bought a car somewhere else. Went back to this location today looking for a used truck. Two sales men was outside smoking watched me and my wife looking at the trucks they had on there lot, not once did they ask if they could help us. Watched as we got back into our car and drove off.
