Customer service can make or break any business. I would suggest using mystery shoppers or secret callers to see how customers are treated. Whomever Sarah is who answered the phone hopefully has a better day/life because she acted absolutely miserable. All I needed was to pick up a copy of contact’s prescription- and I hope calls are recorded and can be reviewed. She said she couldn’t tell me hours they’re open for me to pick it up that i need to give her a specific time and she’ll tell me if it will work. Even if a business... read more
They gave me a full exam with drops they changed my script. I went 2 yrs could hardly see my tv in small apt. New script from Eyemart express changed my script back to original before Moses-Mouser. I don't recommend their Canal -Winchester location. BTW they gave me a diabetic exam and screwed up my script they billed it to medical not vision probably for more money . A simple script they did wrong. Go somewhere else
