Had a issue with my vision and it was not a normal issue so I called this office and explained my vision issue and asked specifically if this office could help diagnose my issue . I have wore I glasses for over 50 years and knew I needed to see a specialist not just a optometrist . Customer service can make or break any business. I would suggest using mystery shoppers or secret callers to see how customers are treated. Whomever Sarah is who answered the phone hopefully has a better day/life because she acted absolutely miserable. All I needed was to pick up a copy of contact’s prescription- and I hope calls are recorded and can be reviewed. She said she couldn’t tell me hours they’re open for me to pick it up that i need to give her a specific time and she’ll tell me if it will work. Even if a business... read more
