RecommendedWas happy with the level of customer service from staff. Dr Hemmerling was very thorough. The wait for the reading of X-Rays to be looked at took a while. In office for 2 hours.
My husband passed away twelve days ago. I was surprised and comforted today to receive a condolences card from the pharmacy and another from my medical provider, both signed by everyone. Such a wonderful personal touch. MLCHC has been our medical, dental, and pharmacy provider for many years. I'm a senior citizen now and don't get around as well as I used to. We love dr. Hemmerling But the road going to the clinic parking lot is rediculous. People are speeding and it's crammed with cars on both side. We almost got hit by two cars just on our way to the appointment. Honestly I'm considering leaving and finding a new doctor just to avoid being in that situation again. You guys should really figure out something to make the clinic more accessible. Dr hemmerling does so well with our son but getting in a car accident to be seen isn't worth it. It's okay I love my doctor,they call you back on time for your appointment but then having to wait another 15 to 20 minutes before you actually see your doctor.
My family has been going to see Dr. Hemmerling for several years now. I love him as a doctor, what I don't love, is waiting over 30 minutes to an hour EVERY TIME in the examining room. The nurses call you back close to your appointment time and then you just sit there, wondering if you've been forgotten. It never used to be this way. I'm honestly looking elsewhere for a new family doctor. Moses Lake Community Health Center has really gone down hill in the past couple years. :(
