Great people especially Dylon or Dillon (apologies if incorrect) everyone is 5star plus and they go out of their way to help you and make you feel comfortable. They our are family center I go to Valpo, my kids Crown point.
The ophthalmologist was very knowledgeable and very patient. I didn't feel rushed at all
Never answers phone. Have been calling for past week amd multiple different times of day trying to get a hold of someone and will not answer a single time
Had an appointment on a very cold day. Showed up a few minutes early, and there was already an elderly man waiting at the door. When the young man showed up to open the door, he turned around real quick and shut it and locked it again. Leaving us out in the cold. Then turned on the lights got his computer ready and then let us in. When I checked in I asked him why he left us out in the cold. He said he was sorry.
