Ok,dr.B.is awesome,but her staff needs big time training.I took my husband there,when we got done a young man brought us out told us to wait by desk,no one acknowledge us.I was literally standing there for 10mins.While staff were talking to each other and i finally ask em ,Is someone gonna take care of Us?. Didn't get the right Answers.. terrible service.Hope it Better next time....
Dr. Bonilla is an incredible doctor! She’s so warm and friendly, and I learned so much during my visit. I’ve seen her twice at this location, and each time, the care has been fantastic. Even though she was busy today, she took her time with our appointment and gave such great care! I also want to give a big shout-out to Austin—he was super nice and friendly too! The staff at this location was so rude to me. I waited 2 hours to be seen for an appointment and didn't say a word to complain. I understand stuff happens. I make my yearly appointments at the end of every appointment. This time someone who was bothered by how late she had to stay at work questioned me on why I liked later appointments (3 pm they dont close til 5 )and why I make appointments a year ahead ( which I've always done and never canceled) I have a small child I don't want running amuck in a Dr office.
