Never had a chance to visit because they never answer the phone. Called for hours and it either goes to voicemail or they pick up and hang up immediately. I did check to make sure it wasn’t lunch time, it wasn’t. Why have a phone if you’re not going to answer. I did leave a voicemail and got no return call. No worries, I’ll take my family if 5 elsewhere
While I was there for my optical portion. A receptionist/medical assistant, whatever she was made my visit uncomfortable. She made loud conversations with her colleague that she was not a people person and didn’t like people. Then while working with the gentleman (Brandon) on my son’s chart and glasses order, you can tell he was new and needed guidance with the forms and she came over every bothered, rudely speaking to him in a aggressive condescending manner. The staff and providers are so amazing! They are very polite and helpful. I was in and out for my follow up in 15 minutes, and the prices are affordable for contact exam and contacts. I will continue to come here and recommend them to others.
I want to give props to the staff. I also want to say a personal thank you to dr. Jen. The rx i got wasn't working for me. She listened and went above and beyond taking me in the day i stopped in and i think on her lunch break so i didn't wait 2 weeks to come back in. The adjusted prescription lenses she prescribed have me seeing better than I have in over a decade.
This place has the worst time management. If you come early, you never seen on time. The last time I was 30 minutes early and when the assistant finish with me. I still had 3 people ahead of me. Now today I came again on time and I am still waiting. If the patient is late , you have to reschedule, but if the dr is late the patient will just have to wait. I am never returning here again, due the time management. If you give me a schedule time, thats what I expect. I try my best to be on time because I care about people's time... read more
