The staff at this location was so rude to me. I waited 2 hours to be seen for an appointment and didn't say a word to complain. I understand stuff happens. I make my yearly appointments at the end of every appointment. This time someone who was bothered by how late she had to stay at work questioned me on why I liked later appointments (3 pm they dont close til 5 )and why I make appointments a year ahead ( which I've always done and never canceled) I have a small child I don't want running amuck in a Dr office. Stacy and Teddy had terrible customer service on the phone with me today. Teddy, did not really want to help me, so she transferred me to Stacy where she did eventually answer my questions with terrible customer service . This is my first bad experience. I highly do not recommend the Griffith location because of this experience.
Over 2.5 weeks after exam and placing order. Still don't have my eyewear. That's a bit long. 👀
Updated 12/18... Went back for some help from Stacy! She greeted me with a smile by name when I walk in. I was really touched! I really appreciate Dr Bonilla and all the caring employees! Stacy helped me pick out my glasses! It's very hard for me to pick them out on my own! I love them! They are extra nice! I feel they all went above and beyond!
I really love and adore this place. They’re very attentive and friendly.
