The walls are TERRIBLY THIN!!! I can hear my downstairs neighbor's song playlist really well, let alone their phone conversations while it's on speaker. If they have family over & talking loud I can hear conversations & when they close their cabinet doors.. It's like you have roommates with your neighbors. Pigeons poop everywhere too! My balcony looks like a poop world. I'm moving soon as my lease is up. I don't line to hear my neighbors do they personal business. It scares me. Lol. I'm glad I don't have kids….
