Honest work and very knowledgeable about chimneys. Wood stoves, and masonry work. I could not have picked a better company to install two chimney liners and then re-install a wood stove.
Chimney was swept without incident or dirt. Serviceman was very professional, and left nothing out of place when he left. Inspection was conducted with a camera, and the customer was able to look over the shoulder at the monitor and have any defects explained in real time while looking at them.
Was very professional, etc. only thing is he used new type attachment to clean chimmney and I think that it takes pieces of mortor out of chimmeny. I like the old fashion brush.. had chimmney check year ago had no probs. This attachment cleans very good but has some type coated thick ends that are size of where mortar lines are. I think it hits the mortar lines and loosens it in places. Could be wrong but I would never let anyone use that attachment again!
