Excellent work cleaning and resetting our gas logs; also adjusting the burner. A few reschedules due to severe winter weather but we're happy with the outcome.

Mr Mosley was always been prompt and courteous. He quoted a reasonable cost and schedule to replace our old fireplace with a new more efficient one. He also provided us two options based on what I was looking for. The install was performed by Bob, Chad, and Dave along with Mark. All work was professional. Due to the difficulty in finding the surrounding brick paneling which I had before, I needed to find and provide the paneling, but Mr Moseley adjusted the final bill accordingly. The Chimney sweeper was nice and informative.
He came out and gave us an evaluation.The work needed to be done by a different type of professional. We were very happy with how we were treated.

Although it was not immediately evident... soon after the cleaning of the flue was completed, we noticed a fine black film on all of the countertop and furniture surfaces. If we moved an object or touched a surface with our hands a black smudge appeared. This dust was limited to the family room and kitchen area. I can only assume the vacuum used had belched this dust back into the air in the affected rooms.
