RecommendedI love this place. My Physical Therapist (Alyssa Knight) took me from zero strength to being able to be in any Pilates class I like. Mindy is an awesome Pilates teacher also. Everyone at MMSPT has a patient's total health in mind - from start to finish of a treatment plan.

I've gone to these amazing folks for years. They've helped me every time, but with my most recent difficult issue, they've managed to outdo themselves, going far beyond the call of duty to reassure me, offer me support and even to give a weekend treatment to maintain my recovery at a crucial point. I went to 3 places for therapy after my knee reconstruction, and these guys killed it. Couldn't ask for a better staff. Super nice and even more knowledgeable, even after 6 months of sessions.
