Comparing to other... (Verified Renter) Comparing to other apartments, the rent seems to be higher than the square footage offered but things have changed as I have owned a home for 16 years and I just learned that apartments are getting away from dining areas and using Bars or kitchen islands as the table. Some apartments are actually charging a garbage disposal fee monthly which is absurd.
