We loved the... (Verified Renter) We loved the apartments. We felt they were a little high in cost. However we needed a 3 bedroom and they were not ready. We could not wait until October.

Comparing to other... (Verified Renter) Comparing to other apartments, the rent seems to be higher than the square footage offered but things have changed as I have owned a home for 16 years and I just learned that apartments are getting away from dining areas and using Bars or kitchen islands as the table. Some apartments are actually charging a garbage disposal fee monthly which is absurd.
